3 Natural Pre-Workout Energy Boosters

Someone DM'ed me the other day and asked what my favorite pre-workout supplement brands were.
This was my answer: Skip the pre-workout and try one of these 3 natural energy boosters instead.....


✨Molecular hydrogen tablets✨

I first got to try hydrogen water at Paleo f(x) in Austin TX this past April and I was instantly obsessed with the way it made me feel: my brain turned on, my energy levels were soaring and I just felt like I had a pep in my step and I could accomplish anything that got thrown my way with ease. Truly, I felt incredible. Ever since, it's been a secret weapon of mine for *getting stuff done*


But get this: it's also an awesome pre-workout energy booster. Molecular hydrogen has been clinically proven to increase athletic performance by increasing VO2 max, time to exhaustion and work completed. Meaning you can workout longer + harder. Nice.

What I do is add 2 @trusiilife tablets to 1 cup of water, I let the tablets dissolve [this takes a good minute] then I drink up and instantly feel energized and ready to go. This stuff is magical you guys.

✨Cordyceps✨

A study found when people used this medicinal mushroom regularly for 3 weeks, it helped them exercise longer. It's been known to support energy and keep lethargy at bay.

I add a @foursigmatic packet to hot water and drink like coffee or pour over ice for a pre-workout drink.

This root veggie acts as serious energy for your body. Your system converts the nitrates in beets into nitric oxide, which helps increase the amount of oxygen and blood delivered to muscles.
